We are seeking an experienced, skilled and reliable Lowboy Driver to join our team at Redaelli Industries. This ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting safely and efficiently construction equipment to and from job sites. This role requires a strong understanding of how to operate a lowboy and trailer with all safety regulations and traffic laws ensuring adherence to DOT and company policies.

Greenway’s asphalt plant is the heartbeat of the company, and our laborers are key in maintaining its overall health. Daily tasks include greasing bearings, adjusting belts, checking all equipment and keeping the grounds clean and safe. This internship will give you a hands-on experience of what it’s like to be a mechanic in our shop. You will learn to inspect vehicles for issues, diagnose possible electronic issues through the use of diagnostic tools, repair minor electrical issues, and much more.

Throughout this internship you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our asphalt products. You will learn to conduct inspections and tests on asphalt samples to ensure they meet industry standards and learn to use data to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to the production processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with production teams to maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process and investigate deviations from specifications and work with others to find solutions.
