L&L Paving Co. was contracted by Sea Bright Beach Club, located in Sea Bright, New Jersey, to reconstruct their parking lot. The project, designed by Cranmer Engineering, included removal of the existing asphalt, installation of new inlets & storm piping, reshaping the existing contours of the subgrade to achieve proper drainage, full depth repaving, new Belgian Block curbing, ADA-compliant parking, handcrafted and custom pillars, and a new traffic flow plan to improve safety and accessibility. The entrance of the beach club was realigned to match the exit of the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge, significantly easing congestion and improving traffic flow. Additionally, we expanded front parking, added bike grates, and created 30 new parking spaces. The project was completed on time & under budget. L&L Paving Co. is proud to introduce a more efficient, safer, and welcoming entryway for Sea Bright Beach Club.

L&L reconstructed the Shrewsbury Borough Hall Parking lot to improve ADA parking and access. In addition to a complete mill and overlay, new belgian block curbing was installed. On Glorney Street, the roadway and concrete curbing was removed and reworked to modify the grades to alleviate flooding and redirect drainage.

L&L Paving transformed an old inline hockey rink into two full-size basketball courts and two half-size courts. The project included surface milling, area expansion, and high-quality paving. After curing, the courts were color-coded and line-striped, delivering fully functional basketball courts ready for play! In addition, L&L successfully completed the construction of pickleball courts and installed asphalt surfaces in the recreational space, featuring game lines for children's playground activities.
